Bro. Alan Hulbert, Secretary of the Old Monktonians Lodge No. 8938 in Cardiff has notified the Federation that Old Monktonians is in possession of the Travelling Gavel and it will be available for ‘rescue’ at their next regular meeting on 11 December 2018.
